Ammonium chloride - Properties
Ammonium nitrite - Ammonium nitrite, NH4NO2, is formed by oxidizing ammonia with ozone or hydrogen peroxide; using precipitations from reacting barium or lead nitrites with ammonium sulfate, or silver nitrite with ammonium chloride. The precipitate is filtered off and the solution concentrated.
Choline chloride - Choline chloride or N-(2-Hydroxyethyl)trimethylammonium chloride is an organic compound and a quaternary ammonium salt. The counterion is chlorine.
Flux (metallurgy) - In metallurgy, flux is an aid to melting, a material which by its chemical action facilitates soldering or brazing of metals. Some common fluxes are ammonium chloride or rosin, for soldering tin; hydrochloric acid and zinc chloride for galvanized iron and other zinc surfaces; and borax, for brazing.
