I have just read a book by Andrew Murry called " Absolute Surrender" ( which if you get a chance read it) and it made me take a good look at myself when it comes to what i am willing to give up for God and Jesus. Would i be willing to give up the very things that Jesus did to save us? I know that a lot of times i go around saying i can't do this and i can't do that or i am complaining about things that are not going right in my life.
I never really took the time to understand that God has been saying for over 2000 years that he would take care of me if i would trust in Him. I say i do but in fact i sometimes don't. If Jesus came to me and said i want you to give up your wife, kids, matterial things and even your life for me would i do it? I find that i have been spending time in the flesh and not in the Lord and i think it is about time we did. We have to be able to give everything we are to God, no hold backs. We can't let our flesh get in the way of loving Our Father God and our Lord Jesus Christ like we were meant to.
I don't want to run on but i thought it was about time i took a good look at myself and ask if i can " Surrender all" to god for what he has done for me. If nothing else, it will give you something to think about. God bless

Thank you all for praying - I still do NOT have an appt set up for follow-up - they will call me, but I will expect a good result and trust the Lord for full healing.
I have lived my life, until recently, with the idea that I always have expected the worst and then I am not disappointed as much when it happens, or if it is better than the worst, then I am surprised and happy.
This of course, I just learned this year, is NOT of the Lord but of the enemy, who wants us to doubt, to drag us down. So I now know to expect the best from the Lord and trust Him and His will - but do fall back on old habits so I thank You all sincerely for setting me straight.
May God bless you and guide you, provide for you, comfort you as you press into Him for His awesome work in your life, and I look forward to hearing more from you all about His absolute and steadfast power and glory in your lives, of miracles large and small.

God is saying here that we as Christians are suppose to choose between following Jesus or the Devil. We cannot serve two masters. Either we are hot doing the things of God or not. It was better not to know Him or to know him and fall into this world desires because the fall will be worst. We ought to renew our minds and serve the Lord with all our hearts, and minds. Put out the old man and put on the new man which is in Christ Jesus.

And...by falling I am trying to say that if God took 14 demons out and the person decides to open the door for the devil to come in again the devil will bring 14 stronger demons to torment the person who already was clean by the blood of Jesus. Now, everybody is not perfect but God says if you confess with your mouth your trespasses I will then hear from heaven; I am faithful and just to forgive you and clean you from all wrong. You know those people that call Christian like me RADICAL then yes a RADICAL change!
Think about Mary Magdalene she had 7-10 demons and she was doing wrong things; just think about a person who was involved in witchcraft, divination, magic, etc. Now you tell me how many demons that person had and how many will be doubled if that person turns away from God?

I hope this will be helpful on anyway since I am myself are battling on my own family trying to save my child from this polluted world. I found myself really oppresses by the enemy. My son was a member of a worship team and choir and he was so fervent serving the Lord that I saw he was so into it that it was impossible for him to fall apart from God. But now I look and it's so hard to see how almost every one has just left him out of everything. As a mom is really sad for me...Please pray! God bless all!

I called the neurologist's office today and the receptionist thinks that he wants to see me... that cannot be good, can it?
I pray for a clean result. No MS or optic nerve stroke or anything else - I really need a fresh start myself.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has gone, the new has come!

This week's topic: The Power Of The Tongue
Self defeated. Broken. Disappointed. Hurt. Depressed. Feeling inadequate. When you find yourself experiencing these emotions, you probably are also speaking those emotions. Repeatedly saying things like: “I will never succeed at this.” “I can’t.” “I’m too tired or sad to push through this.” “I always lose and never win.” “Woe is me this, Woe is me that.” “I’m not good enough.”
And as long as you keep speaking those things into the atmosphere, your mind, body and spirit will remain in that state and your every move and response will be rooted in those negative thoughts. Through careless words you have set an atmosphere of failure. Yet you wonder why you are not succeeding.
If you continue to talk yourself out of every opportunity, promise and open door presented to you, then you will continue on a cycle of self destruction. You will always see the negative in every person, and circumstance. Even worse, you will attract others with the same mindset. And by surrounding yourself with people speaking death into their life as well, you will find yourself sinking deeper and deeper into a dark place.
But you have a choice. You can turn it all around simply by taming and re-training your tongue. Make a decision to speak life only and not death. Make a decision to find and accentuate the positive instead of the negative. Find scriptures for whatever your situation is and boldly stand on God’s words by making them part of your daily declarations. Some examples are as follows...
When you find yourself overwhelmed by the task/assignment before you, replace the “I can’t’” with “I can and I will.”
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Philippians 4:13
When you feel all alone and it seems everyone has turned their back on you and the enemy is attacking:
"For the Lord your God is He who goes with you, to fight for you against your enemies, to save you." Deuteronomy 20:4
When your resources seem to be dried up:
"The young lions lack and suffer hunger; but those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing." Psalm 34:10
When you are feeling under qualified:
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you; before you were born I sanctified you; I ordained you a prophet to the nations." Jeremiah 1:5
When you are broken and bruised:
"Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning." Psalm 30:5b
Things may not look good in your life. You may be experiencing what appears to be a major defeat. But don’t let it break your spirit and consume you. Speak life into that situation until you see a change. And make sure your inner circle consists of people that always focus on speaking life.
There is power in EVERY word that leaves your mouth – it’s up to you whether the words you choose will build or destroy.
Choose and speak life!

Lord, thank You so much for the blessings You bestowed upon myself and my friend Brenda on this trip. We both needed restoration and rest, for different reasons, and You gave us that in abundance.
Father, you helped us out of our fears, me flying and the fish and what is under the water, you removed the fear and I felt peace and joy and stayed in the water all day every day! I saw so many incredible things. You helped Brenda with her apprehension with snorkelling and she stayed in the water all day every day too!
We had never travelled together and we are very different but we had so much joy and fun and we cared for each other and prayed about our lives and just knew You were right there with us. I am sure You posted angels to guard us and we felt them smiling at us, sometimes the laughter was so joyous!
You also gave us joy, laughter, fun with the people, learning their language and talking with them about their lives. This was the unexpected pleasure and an even bigger blessing than the water.
Lord, they work so hard for so little pay. We talked to many, many Mayans/Mexicans and I want to pray for them. They work so hard for so little, and always are happy and have faith in You. Lord we met people who knew You - "Dios" and we felt an instant connection.
I make more money in one hour than they do in a week. It opened my eyes.
Lord, bless them all but Father, the ones who touched our hearts, please bless them. Carlos, Christian, Jesus, the drivers; Jaime, the waiter with a wife and three children - his joy was so much fun as he shared his language; Ana for her laughter and humour at our attempts to speak her language; Maria for her gentle smile and laugh; Sebastian for his gentlemanly help; Marco for his humour and honesty about life in Mexico and for offering to show us around and meet his family if we went back; and Cornelius, who said that "life is hard sometimes but we trust in Dios", and who hugged me so hard when we left and said very simply "I will miss you". A special thank you for Jose who gave me the shell and for singling me out and guiding me snorkelling and showing me amazing things. Also for Jaime and Cornelius who made flowers for our hair when we left. Please bless them all abundantly Lord. Please speak and convict all their tourist customers to tip them generously; they depend on that. Every dollar helps.
Lord thank You from my heart, soul and spirit. As I come back to my life here, I am still praying and trusting You for a clean MRI test result; I should hear this week sometime and also trusting You for a companion/husband and I trust You to make that match. But You have asked me to be joyous while I wait and I am learning that. Mexico helped Lord, thank You. Please bless Bob wherever he is.
I trust You with everything, all my needs and desires, things that are good in Your eyes and I know You can do anything if You can get me to swim with thousands of fish! :-) Lord I also thank You for joy and humour. Laughter is one of your many gifts.

Having a sleepless night and a lil heavy hearted. Im keeping my focus on the Lord, just started back reading my bible...but my heart misses my special friend. I got blessed cpl weeks ago...God touched and healed my heart from the heart break. But today i feel a lil heaviness and im missing him he was my boo, miss our random txts, random funny pics, games we play like truth or dare..and id just tlk to him bout anything on my mind he neva made me feel uncomfortable bout my randomness. Also seems Lord has removed all but my txt buddy whom lives in different state tht me, i usually talk or text for prayer/advice. Now this one friend is wanting more but its nothing there but friendship thats all iv ever felt same with him til last year and now. Im like this dont mess with something that dont need fixing. we dont tlk everyday...which i like plus seems there is something he not telling me..says its not but i dont press the issue because we are friends and besides we are in different states so it really dont matter, we will remain friends. But im rambling..sorry. just send up prayers for me..thank you my prayer fam. Be blessed

Hello prayer fam, just wanted to clear any misunderstanding on what i posted the other day. It's not my intention on anyone misunderstanding what i post. I like to get things right because it will bother me. I didnt want anyone to think that i was saying God doesnt help/bless the non christians, and that he only bless/help the christians. All i want to do is Encourage anyone that needs it...as well as remind to be obedient to Gods word. No one is exempt from following Gods word, we all have read it and its not sugar coated it's righteous. Yes God is all all about Love and thats how Jesus helped all whom was willing to listen give their life over to the Lord...So please dont misunderstand if u do misunderstand anything i say please let me know. thank you all so very much for the prayers today...God led me thru this.
Kristi was very inquisitive to those I work with about "how I was doing" particularly one of the nurses who knows our situation quite well. Which I thought very interesting.
we didnt speak but once then we texted a lot after that....
I told her I missed her and she just flat out asked me how I was and if I was happy....well i was very honest and told her I missed her so much and that honestly I am miserable without her. She was very kind and wanted to make sure we would still be able to talk.
She proceded to talk to that same nurse again after I said hello to her, to let her know that I did speak to her.
Why does she feel thats such a big deal?
I know that you may not all agree with my feelings for her but she was not the same smiling happy go lucky person she was the last time I saw her at work...she was just not the same.
I know in my gut and heart of hearts that she still loves me and has begun to see things for what they are in her life...I can just see it, its written all over her.
I wished her the best in my last text and told her I still loved her.
thank you all again so much for your prayers and thoughts today.
God walked with me and showed me favor.

I just want to say...sometimes things happen in our life for God to mold and shapen us. We've been walking the same walk for so long but God wants us to come out of some of the junk we are in. But instead if yielding we go against the prick, and make it harder on ourself then we tend to do things out order, and want rush through what God wants us to learn. We have to realize we can not hurry God especially if you havent gotten the point youre to learn...and the change needed for your growth. Also we must be obedient to the word and God, there are somethings he wants to remove out our lives, old habits need broken, sinful ways to be delivered out of...allow God to clean you up and use you for his will, not our will. So In everything pray but take the time hear what the spirit has to say and stop rushing!! Also Go through your process and while going through dont lose your Joy or your Praise!! Prayers of the Righteous availeth much...be righteous.
Be Blessed everyone...Jesus Loves You All.
*Just so no one gets confused this is to whomever it applies too...Christian or NonChristians. I dont want anyone to feel God only blesses the Just...it states in bible he blesses the Just as well as the Unjust.
